Mood Meditation Series.

Released June 2020 on major digital streaming platforms. Each track is associated with a different sound, color and scent to assist with stimulating a mood. See below as a reference (or create your own vibe).

1. Dear One: Affirmation Mantra - "The universe loves and supports me; therefore, I am always safe."

Track inspired by universal support; use at the conclusion of your day.

Color is red (root chakra); possible scents to use include sandalwood, frankincense, cedarwood or sage.

2. No Pressure: Affirmation Mantra - "May I honor my truths at all times."

Track inspired by acceptance; repetition inspired by Martin McDonagh's The Pillowman; use at the beginning of your day or throughout.

Color is green (heart chakra); possible scents to use include tea tree, eucalyptus, chamomile or bergamot orange.
