Slow Sundays at the Park combines the therapeutic benefits of nature, meditation, and sound to relax, rejuvenate and realign the physical, mental, and energetic bodies back into harmony. You will be guided through 15 minutes of meditation & gentle breathwork followed by a 30-minute sound bath, and lastly 15 minutes to reflect and/or journal with the help of a prompt for the week.
Do not worry if you are new to meditation and sound baths. Meditation comes in various forms (suitable for all ages and types), and sound and vibration penetrate our bodies with impactful frequencies simply just by listening to it. Sound baths, which combine meditation with the power of sound, are known to help reduce stress and anxiety, encourage relaxation and feelings of well-being, help release emotional blockages, uplift mood, boost energy levels, and even promote restful sleep. In addition to meditating on our intentions and hopes for the week ahead, we will conclude our time together by reflecting inwardly and/or journaling to a prompt for the week.
